Beginning his career in 2012 in Food & Beverage operations, he steadily built a reputation for discipline, service excellence, and an exceptional understanding of hotel dynamics.
Over the years, Sashi transitioned from operational roles to senior leadership, ultimately serving as General Manager at OPO Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., where he successfully led teams, enhanced service standards, and strengthened the commercial performance of the properties under his charge.
For the past one and a half years, Sashi has been entrusted with steering the group’s growth vision as the Development Manager. In this role, he leads strategic market assessments, project feasibility studies, investor engagement, and expansion planning & under his development leadership, OPO Hotels & Resorts is now set to expand into Varanasi, Ayodhya, Prayagraj, and Kolkata within the next six months
