A visionary entrepreneur and hotelier, Amit Kumar Singh is the Founder and Managing Director of OPO Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., a rapidly growing hospitality brand redefining affordable and quality-driven stays across India.
With a deep-rooted passion for hospitality, Amit began his career in the hotel industry and, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, established OPO Rooms a decade ago. Building on that success, he launched OPO Hotels LLP, strategically acquiring and managing hotels across Delhi NCR, laying the foundation for what would become a national brand.
Today, under his dynamic leadership, the company has evolved into OPO Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., with a clear vision to expand its footprint across India within the next five years, and subsequently into Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. In addition to his hospitality ventures, Amit also owns successful travel and construction companies, reflecting his diversified business acumen and strategic foresight. Known for his entrepreneurial drive, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence, Amit continues to lead OPO Hotels toward becoming a globally recognized hospitality.

With over 28 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, Sandeep Basu is a seasoned hotelier known for driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence. As the CEO of OPO Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., he leads the brand’s strategic expansion and business transformation across India, building a strong portfolio of managed and franchised hotels. Having essayed roles in various renowned companies like Hyatt, ITC Hotels, The Park Hotels, Sheraton and Cygnett Hotels he brings with him a wealth of experience in the hospitality sector.
Through his profound knowledge, experience and dedication, Sandeep has become well versed with the ethos of luxury travel and hospitality. He is not just a man of experience but his continuous thrust to make a difference and contribute to the overall growth of the organization makes him stand apart from the rest of the crowd.

Mr. Shri Dhar Jha, a distinguished alumnus of IMS Ghaziabad (Post Graduate in Tourism Management, Class of 1998–2000), brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Throughout his illustrious career, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in sales, marketing, and brand management, making significant contributions to the growth and positioning of numerous hotel brands in India. Currently, Mr. Jha serves as the Director – Corporate Affairs & Brand Relations at OPO Hotels and Resorts under the RS Global Group of Hotels. In this strategic leadership role, he oversees an impressive portfolio of hotels across Delhi NCR and pan India, driving initiatives that strengthen brand identity, enhance market visibility, and foster sustainable business growth. His visionary approach focuses on building strong partnerships, implementing innovative marketing strategies, and elevating guest experiences through brand excellence.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Mr. Jha is also the Founder of the Purvanchal Paryatan Association, an organization dedicated to promoting tourism development and regional hospitality growth in the Purvanchal region. His initiative reflects his deep-rooted commitment to community engagement, regional upliftment, and the overall advancement of India’s tourism ecosystem.
