With 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Shashidhar Roka has had the privilege of working with some of the most respected hotel brands, including AHS Vadodara, Regenta Bharuch, Clarks Amer Jaipur, Sun Hotel Abu Road, and KK Royal Jaipur. Throughout his career, he has successfully led the pre-opening of more than five food & beverage outlets and over fourteen hotel projects across India, ensuring smooth launches and strong operational foundations.
As a specialist in Modern Indian and European cuisine, Shashidhar is deeply passionate about mentoring young chefs and helping them discover their true culinary potential—a value inspired by the guidance of his own mentors. A hands-on and detail-oriented leader, he oversees every aspect of kitchen operations, from menu innovation to quality control, consistently driving excellence and creativity.
